Hesed mean overflowing love and kindness. Through our Caring Committee, we at Temple Hesed seek to live up to our name. The committee, chaired by a clinical social worker, helps the rabbi meet the pastoral needs of our families, offering spiritual and emotional support. When the congregants wish, we let our community know of needs through emails, so that the entire congregation can offer support. Whenever requested, we are also ready to preserve the confidentiality of each member. With permission, those in need of healing (Misheberach) are listed in our weekly bulletin distributed at Shabbat Services.
